Big River Grille Chattanooga/hamilton Place

This was our second time to eat at this place, although the second time was disappointing. on the afternoon at 17 o'clock there were no ribs on Saturday. there was a big party there, but these were kids and naps were not the first choice for children. we said it was 30 minutes. then it said an hour. are these ribs bruised or baked? they couldn't be on the grill because they didn't really rip time, but others than that we did for 14.00 dollar burger. they were ok, but the bill was expensive for 2 burgers, an appetizer and the 3 cocktails 100.00 nothing special

Server was great. all food needed salt. I'm not a huge salt person, but if I pick up the shaker because it's bland, then there's a problem.

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. my man and I visited chattanooga for a Valentine's Day and had the unfortunate to visit for our last dinner in the city. we had reservations, but had to wait 15 minutes to take a place. the restaurant itself was very loud and felt like a chain. we ordered chips and dive as an appetizer. for our entrees my man ordered a burger and I ordered nachos. we waited for 45 minutes just to get the appetizers, which is clearly a prefabricated product. we sat in the kitchen, so I could watch our escapes sitting 15 minutes before they were brought to our table. the burger my mannes was dressed in the middle wrong and literally raw. my nachos were also wrong and soggy. the manager was very nice and compiles our food, but it was still such a bad overall experience.

Made reservation for 7:15 and showed up at 7:05. Was put in a call/wait list, but was seated before reservation time. I had to get the Manager because we were not being waited on. We were seated approximately 12 minutes and others were being seated and orders taken. Manager promptly rectified the issue and gave us appetizer for free. The meal was very good and the rest of the time we were taking care of.

The reservation we made did not mean anything to the restaurant. The food was okay, but had nothing special going for it.
