I had to go straight to bed, the stomach pain was so bad. I should have turned around because the customer service was also terrible. it was almost closing time(7:30 o'clock when they close at 8 o'clock) and the workers (younger children) were literally upset that more customers came. you even turned off the “OPEN” sign by 7:35. another was just rude to a woman and her son who came to use the rest room (ignoring her asking about unlocking the bathroom for her). another (who made the first half of our burritos) was a storm out of any reason, but I couldn't find out why. he was just rude. I never write reviews, but bad eating and customer service is enough for me in a job.
Eat is good. it is the management that is the problem, just like the other reviews at hand. never go back here because I was cheating. I don't know if she did it wrong or whether it was useful, but she accused me of 3 tacos when I bought one. she gave my food in the box, so she should have known. It doesn't matter to me to donate people's money that needs it, but it doesn't feel right to have stolen it.
The workers of this site do not want to be there. the food is not cooked and the service is even worse. it was a gradual decline for a few months, but now the food has begun to suffer.
I have to say that I was very disappointed. today for lunch. the first time I was at this place. I really felt like they skipped the food! and I still try to figure out how a $8,99 burrito and a drink came to almost 16 dollars. Maybe they should change the prices on their wall menu. the food was certainly good, but this is the smallest burrito I've ever had in moes! in serious, it wasn't much bigger than what I would get at taco bell, but much more expensive. very sad experience and much more expensive than I expected. they were much too busy trying to talk to management.
Today I went for tacos. I ordered three. 2 crunchy 1 soft. I asked for beans on all three and add rice to the soft. Instantly the lady seemed annoyed with me and passed my order off to her coworker. I chose beef for my meat and it was the smallest amount ever. When it came time for the toppings I picked all the usual taco toppings including gauc. I noticed the queso and asked for some on each taco... The guy now fixing the tacos did let me know it would be extra and I was fine with it. UNTIL I get to the register and my totals was 21.05 for THREE TACOS. It was the same lady that had originally helped me when I first placed my order. When I asked her for my receipt she said it was too late to give me one and I asked to see the receipt in her hand which I guess was the store copy. That's where I discovered they charged I around 1.49 for gauc and 1.49 for queso and that's per taco!!. An additional $3 per taco for gauc and queso is insane. Especially when the microscopic dallop of gauc wasn't any bigger then a nickel. She then got upset when I asked for a refund. The refund has yet to be put back into my account.. I'll skip this specific Moe's location for now on.
