Steel City Pops - Birmingham

Steel City Pops has been completely a nightmare to work with! I needed pops for today and tomorrow so, I ordered a total of $4,000 of pops online. I was unable to select a store pick up I had no choice to select local delivery. I tried emailing everyemail address I could find for information on when these pops would be delivered, then when that was a fail I called any and allphone numbers I could find to which they are all showing disconnected. I even went by the Summit store location to speak tosomeone. I was assured someone would give me a call. Now, today I still have no pops, no phone calls, and no emails. I needpops for tomorrow but not very confident I will have them then either. As these pops will be delivered to individual officesit?s not a catering order so I get the feeling you all couldn?t care less about the order. Maybe a sale of $4000.00 isn?t much,but I am done with trying to track down everyone I can possibly track down. I will be fine to never try to conduct business withyou all again.

Delicious popsicles with many different flavor and topping options! I brought my entire mission team tonight and received great service! Kate was the only person on shift, and she handled our entire crew efficiently and with such kindness! She made ourexperience even better! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love these! I've tried nearly all the flavors, and my favorite has to be buttermilk—it's like cheesecake on a stick. However, I wanted to mention that the original owner has sold the business, and the new owners don’t seem to have a working phone. It's surprising for a business not to have a phone for inquiries about product availability.

I had the coconut dessert topped with caramel drizzle and Graham cracker crumbs, while my husband chose the strawberry and cream with a white chocolate drizzle and toasted coconut. Both were delicious! It was a bit pricey, but definitely a refreshing treat.

The delivery service was utterly neglectful. After weeks of no communication, I find myself having to dispute the charge. I'm sure the restaurant itself is wonderful, but if they don't plan to fulfill delivery orders, they should take that option off their website.
