I frequently visit this Tropical Smoothie Café before starting my workday, and each time I walk in, the staff greets me with smiles and positive energy. I couldn't let today, August 11, 2022, pass without sharing my experience at this location in Homewood. The team working this morning was fantastic! My smoothie and food were fresh and delicious. Thank you, Team! Keep up the great work. I’ll see you all tomorrow!

The smoothie selection here is excellent, and they're made to order. The texture is consistently smooth, making them feel refreshing and natural. I deducted one star because if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that the stop-and-go option is only available for pre-orders, not for orders placed in-store. This place gets quite busy thanks to their quality!

The customer service was disappointing. The staff was very slow and not particularly friendly. However, the food and smoothies are exceptional. I visited two mornings in a row, and both times no one was there to open the restaurant. They’re supposed to open at 8 AM, but I waited until 8:15 with no service in sight.
