Despite the poor service in getting our food, the bill arrived just 10 seconds after we asked for it—I made sure to time that. There are plenty of other places in this city that offer much better service and respect for their customers. If they enjoy taking their time to serve guests, the food might not be bad, but honestly, nothing about it stood out enough to justify the treatment we received. We won't be returning or booking through OpenTable again. I have no problem paying for good food and good service, but I prefer dining where I am treated with a basic level of respect.

The restaurant offers a great experience, with friendly staff who didn’t rush us even after we had been at the table for two hours.

My opentable reservation hadn’t been received but they managed to fit 5 of us in dinner on a busy Saturday evening. Service was lovely, friendly, helpful and gave great advice. Would definitely go back.

Staff outstanding, friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately food was a let down. Pasta was over cooked and under seasoned with a distinct lack of chicken. An alternative was offered but as both dishes had same issue we didn't see the point of having anything else. Lactation suited our purpose and staff salvaged the visit. Have eaten in many branches of this chain and it's the only one where the food let us down. Once again a big thanks to all table staff.
