Lahore - Birmingham

Really bad service, we sat at the back they would not come and take our order. We had to get up to place an order then a worker comes and takes our order. The food was cold, the cups were not washed properly. They did not put plates or cups in our table we asked them few times to put these in our table so we had to do it ourselves We came out of town aswell this is one of our worst experiences.

Went to Lahore village as we couldn't get reservation for our usual restaurants. And it was a good decision. The place is simple, no frills but the food was really tasty and quite reasonably priced. The masala fish and chaka chak chicken pieces) were amazing. We will go again and highly recommend it to all

Ordered some food to take away then I cancelled within 2 minutes and they started being abusive and telling me I have to have it if not they would block my number and can never order again,based on the previous feedback I’m glad I cancelled manners don’t cost money it should be part of customer services

Worst service ever if I could give a zero I would the service was very poor got so frustrated never gave plates when food arrived no spoon in curry to take out of dish no tongue to take food out of meat platter waiter's never seemed bothered, stay away don't say I never warned you.

Decided to visit Ladypool Road for an evening meal, we usually go to Grillz which is nice and has never let us down however thought let’s try another place. We walked past Lahori Village and it was busy so we thought hey we can’t go wrong with this one, boy were we wrong is an understatement. The service is -0 , they just send you to a table and forget that you exist, then when they finally decide to come over they take the order which is normal but when the food comes we have a dish which we didn’t order again no problem we just send it back , taking the **** when they add that mysterious curry to your bill, the food is bang average at best, I can definitely cook better curries myself. Such a shame as had high hopes for this one but soon faded away due to the lethargic waiters and tasteless food. Avoid if you can, better places on Ladypool Rd few shops away.
