Mcdonald's - Birmingham

Every time I have gone to this restaurant, I have had to wait at least 15 minutes for my order, sometimes even longer, up to 25 minutes. In the last three visits, my order has been missing items. This is the worst McDonald's I have been to, and I have visited many! Additionally, they clean around your feet with a mop while you are eating instead of waiting until the table is empty or asking if you mind them cleaning around you.

I have to say, do the employees actually enjoy working here? The service at the drive-thru takes way too long. The person at the payment window doesn't even acknowledge you. When you finally receive your food, it's just handed to you without a word. What are the stars on your badge for? One for each customer you have disregarded? I'll go to KFC next time.

Fillet seems to be overcooked or held too long in UHC. Kiosk receipt didn't come out, toilets dirty and no soap in dispenser.
