Mcdonald's Birmingham Fort

I ordered food from this restaurant and got a happy meal without the toy. The food was cold, my chips were all at the bottom of the bag, and my burger was sideways. There were no straws or dips as requested. I am extremely disappointed with this McDonald's location and will not be returning. It was a letdown.

The staff at this location lack common sense, diligence, and decorum. They move slowly and without urgency, packing burgers into bags and leaving them on the side instead of under the heat lamp. When questioned about this practice, a staff member responded rudely. McDonald's employees should have manners, customer service skills, good hygiene, and understand that food left on the side can get cold.

The service was excellent. Manager Paul and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and served piping hot. This was the first McDonald's restroom I've visited that was very clean and tidy. I give it 5 stars.

Ben the assistant manager was using inappropriate language to me and tried to get me to do things with him in the toilet, never felt this uncomfortable in my life let alone a mcdonalds, all i wanted was a chicken mayo

Been here 4 times in 2 weeks and they have never got frappes or milkshakes. Ordered a mcflurrie and got the smallest portion ever probably 2 spoonfuls worth for £1.69. Always takes ages from ordering at the drive through to getting round to the food outlet.The term fast food does not apply here.Worst Mcdonalds around this side of birmingham
