Finally, Management said they would refund me but wouldn't give any proof that would happen and then ignored me again. Floored a business would treat a paying customer like this. Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy!
Ordered Wings Platter, Fries and Garlic bread. This has been my regular order for the past six online Uber Eats orders. Disappointed is an understatement. The wings were some cheap GMO type not as tasty as previous orders, the fries were cold and pale and the wrong order of Cheesy Garlic bread instead of the ordered Garlic bread. Decoded I would contact Pizza Pepper to complain (before writing this review) in order to give the company thechance to do the decent thing and reticfy the order with grace. Wishful thinking! The staff member stated that was the garlic bread. I had to explain that to her that there are three differenttypes of garlic bread and that on a previous order I was sent Garlic Pizza bread instead of garlic bread but let that slide. Another occasion I ordered the Peri Peri Half Chicken, the meat flesh was grey and tasted off. Disgusting. Not today. I waited 25 minutes for a replacement of Garlic bread to be sent and in line with there 'Poor customer service ethos ' they were stone cold. This will be the last time I order from this appalling company and avoid eating this poor value food. Imagine, they have been open since 2013 and for the best part of 6 years I avoided buying from them. Wish I had avoided this service altogether. No respect for their customers!
If I could give them 0 starts I would. Absolutely bad customer service. Ordered a extra large pizza and hardly had any toppings on it, the chips were burned. I don’t eat cheese so i asked for extra sauce but hardly got that too and when i called and told them I wasn’t happy they tried to charge me £14 for them to exchange the pizza. Will never order from this place again.
I made an order online to get a call two minutes later, with a man saying ‘ your order has been cancelled you need to go online and order again’. I tried for an explanation and asked about the money I had already paid but he just said order again and put the phone down. So I cal back and ask about my refund if I’m going to order again, as obviously I’m not going to pay twice. He kept repeating ‘it has been cancelled you need to order again, you will get your money back’. I then said I would come to the shop for my money as there was no sign of it anywhere along with no explanation, just someone trying to get me to pay twice. The response I received was, ‘ come to shop, come to the f g shop mate, I’m not going to listen to your b t, come to the f g shop,’ and put the phone down. I have had to call an online payment company to get my money back which will take 3-5 working days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! P.S pizza isn’t much good either.
Have always been a regular customer, despite their rude behaviour. Customer service is disgusting. I think the people of great bart are far too nice and put up with his stinky attitude. Dont be in the customer service industry if you dont know the meaning of it. Pathetic behaviour.
