Sara's Pizza Kebab House - Birmingham

I regularly visit this fish and chips restaurant as it is the closest to where I live. The quality can vary - when it's good, it's good, but when it's bad, it's really bad. It can be hit or miss, which is disappointing. However, I do appreciate the diverse menu options they offer.

I have visited Sara's on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The kebabs are served in freshly made naan bread, which is fluffy and tasty. There is a choice of meat, and all the usual extras. The chips are tasty and never greasy.

When I ordered a masala fish in naan the chap that was making the naans dropped the raw dough on floor with the delivery driver standing next to him I seen it happen and heard it hit the floor. Thinking they would him it he proceeded to put it in the tandoor oven. What they wasn't expecting was me to ask if they had a bin for my receipt at that side of the counter for by screwed up receipt he said no it's on the other side. That's when I said you must be joking and you were intentionally going to serve me that naan. Stormed out as this is disgusting. I will wipe that smirk off your face and laugh/joke with your colleague when the council come and hygiene check you. There's your warning and courtesy message. Clean your act up lads the council's coming!!!
