Dash Cafe - Black Hawk

The food quality was never “good”, but it is on the hill. I was in the 2 weeks in order and have a burger both weeks. Last week my Dash double was roughly boiled, during this week the patties were thin and cooked, burned and dry. fortunately, much ketchup helps to cover.

We received outstanding service during both of our visits to the cafe. We went for breakfast on Saturday, and then stopped in on Monday for a quick bite and coffee before heading back into the city. The staff, both times, was friendly and helpful. Even though they seemed busy, our food came out quickly. I would definitely return.

The service at this restaurant is terrible! Last week, I was charged for a danish that was never given to me. And last night, my food took 40 minutes to come out and when I asked if it was mine, the server refused to check and just said no. I will be speaking to a manager about this.

The service has declined in the evenings, the food is overcooked. It takes forever to receive your order, and the staff no longer bring it to your table; they just call out a number. Why pay a premium for charred food and poor service?

Bad service ! costumer service from Donavon V is the worst!Last week he charge me for danish and never give it to me and last night he give me the food after 40 min in the window and i was trying to be nice in case he forgot and actually ask him if the food in the window is mine and he don’t want to check he just say no . I’m looking forward to speak with a manager !
