Bush Farmhouse - Black Mountain

The food at this restaurant is exceptional! Although the prices may be a bit higher than average, the dishes are noticeably fresh and are presented with a five-star touch, yet in a relaxed atmosphere.

I can't praise this restaurant enough! The cuisine is inspired by South Africa, and it's rare to find places that are this fantastic!! The decor is eclectic, the service was top-notch. The drink and food recommendations were spot-on. We felt extremely comfortable! I will definitely be back, with a rating of 25/10. I highly recommend the pies...they are to die for!

Bush Farmhouse is exceptional in every way, earning a solid 5-star rating. The service was excellent, attentive without being pushy. Our meal, which included oxtail stew, chicken liver pate, and pork ribs, was delicious. Black Mountain is fortunate to have such a fantastic restaurant. Asheville, be on notice - there's some tough competition coming your way in the food scene!

Excellent service, the flavors among the dishes we tried were phenomenal, and everyone had a great time. Sausage rolls, half chicken, and the special of the day venison stew were all scrumptious. Super friendly and accommodating staff couldn't reccomend more highly. Will definitely be back.

South African influenced menu in a cozy atmosphere. Local fried whole Trout was amazing, and their take on meat loaf was intriguing as well. The Staff were friendly and energetic, working seamlessly as a team. Definitely stopping here again in this cool mountain town.
