Contribuisci feedbackThe family stopped in for brunch, something we were looking forward to since it is hard to find here. The choices were very limited, with only 2 selections for hot dishes. When my wife asked for something else, she was told there were only 2 choices - both of which she didn't care for, so she just ordered the buffet which was very limited. Only 2 cheeses, 1 pate, mostly just toast and desserts. My plate looked and tasted like it had been cooked the day before and sat under a heat lamp for ages. Sausage dry and chewy, potatoes hard on the outside, mush on the inside. At least my poached egg was fresh. When we paid before leaving, we mentioned the lack of choice in the buffet for the price, we were told that we should have ordered something special for a hot dish - which we were previously told we couldn't do. Both my wife and son were still hungry when we left - for the price we WILL NOT be back.
Been many times there. Food always of good quality and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The attitude of the staff gave me the last two visits the impression that they "take it for granted". They have always a buffet for the starters and for the deserts during lunch. I accept that a bowl or even all bowls are empty. For the desert I had a delicious chocolate cake. But I was surprised to get a refusal on my question to have some cream on it, since the bowl was empty. Too much work. Really for a loyal customer?
