Chuck E Cheese's - Blaine

I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in decades, but as a parent, I thought my son would enjoy it. There were plenty of games for him to play, and I found the pricing for the games to be reasonable. The food, while a bit on the expensive side for what you get, was also fairly priced. The staff seemed adequate, but any shortcomings were likely due to the stress of working in such a busy environment. Unfortunately, the real downside of our visit was the behavior of other customers. When it was time to box up our underwhelming pizza and cash in our tickets, we experienced an excruciating wait behind a woman who took forever to scratch off her rewards with at least 50 cards. She seemed completely oblivious to the time she was taking from others. While our toddler had fun, he could have just as easily enjoyed looking for pinecones on our farm and eating better pizza at home for less money. As parents, we did not enjoy our time there at all.

I always went to the Blaine site and had a good time, but this last time could have been our last. I observe that a male employee goes to a fighting mother with 3 small children and she says that they can no longer sit at the table where they sat because he wanted to clean the table. This mother was shocked like everyone else? I could not believe that this level of rudeness and would prefer to try another location if this is the type of employees that the Blaine site employs.

Good place to bring your children. Try to be there at less obvious times if not to do with parties. Good variety of game options for all ages is beautiful. Games all seemed to work properly. Food will surprise you! Good pizza, but a little expensive.

The kids had a blast! The prices were reasonable, and the food was surprisingly tasty. They've replaced the coins and tickets with electronic cards that allow you to play for a set amount of time. We visited to celebrate a five-year-old's birthday. It wasn't too crowded, especially since it was a Thursday night.

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited to enjoy some games and had a fantastic experience. You can purchase game play by points or by time, which is convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth purchasing process. All the games were newly updated, and none were out of service for maintenance! The staff maintained a professional yet kind demeanor, contributing to a fun atmosphere. I would rate this experience a perfect 10 out of 10!
