Starbucks - Bldg Fort Wainwright

Really nice people. We’re traveling with a large Group of high school and jr high kids I’m sure you can fill in the blanks on their energy and the chaos that we brought. The Starbucks’ staff was very patient and welcoming. They made our visit such a pleasure. Very grateful for their help and grace.

Ashley knocked it out of the park on customer service!! It’s so refreshing to walk up to the counter and be greeted so nicely. She has such a great spirit about her. If I owned a business she would definitely be the employee I’d want taking care of my guest.High five to Ashley

The wait times at this location are the worst I have ever been to. We sat in the drive thru line for literally 45 minutes. Absolutely horrible for a single small cup of hot coffee. I will never be coming here again. What was supposed to be a brunch coffee turned into a lunch coffee horrible..

10/10 don’t recommend, d place says it opens at 5 am and closes at 1 am. Absolutely not true as i was there at 8:00 pm and they said the place was close

Doesn't accept physical currency as a standard, not posted in drivethru so u waste time to find out they want you to be a slave to digital currency
