Dunkin' - Bloomfield

I saw a lady sweeping the floor, and then she went behind the counter to prepare a beverage for a customer without changing her gloves. This made me uncomfortable, so I decided to leave the store.

The customer service was terrible. They forgot something in my order and then made me wait at the end of the line to receive what was missing.

The assistant manager and the manager are really nice individuals who pay attention to customers' concerns. I recognize that it's a challenging job; however, some of the staff could show a bit more patience.

This Dunkin is very clean. I went there twice, even though I live in the town. Now it is my go-to place. The only things that I found odd, the utensils are located behind the counter and it is not accessible to the customer. Why is that?

For the first time my drink has been made finally right ????????it?s so good that I?m leaving a review with pictures .It?s large ice signature latte mocha less ice easy on the whip cream ????it looks like boba drinks with out the boba pearls .ThanK You
