The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly at this restaurant. Customer service is a priority here.

The staff was excellent, they got our order correct and the food arrived hot. The flavors were delicious and I will definitely be coming back to this Burger King again.

The service was excellent. I believe his name was Dylan, he was the chef who prepared everything fresh and promptly.

I was missing two of my sandwiches when I went back to pick them up. The staff was nice and helpful, but when I sat down to eat, I discovered that I had been given mozzarella sticks instead of the chicken nuggets I had ordered. I attempted to call and inform them, but the phone kept ringing. I hope this review will help them improve and avoid such errors in the future.

I like to grab a light meal while I'm out running errands so that I'm not starving while cooking dinner. So I decided to get a Whopper Jr meal, as I know the burgers are small and the price is reasonable. I usually go to the St. Louis Park location, so I was surprised to find that the Whopper Jr meal at the Bloomington location was $4.00 more expensive. Fast food isn't cheap, but charging nearly $9.00 for a burger that is the size of a slider is outrageous. The person at the window was polite, but I will not be returning to this location for a Whopper Jr meal again.
