Chick-fil-a - Bloomington

Chick-fil-A in the twin cities. put them a mobile order that should be the easiest to get right, but it messes up everything. ordered an unsweetened tee and received a sweet tee. a spicy sandwich ordered and got an original. I didn't get the sauce I asked. I guess at least the pommes were hot, but it wasn't even the worst part. the service was terrible. because they think that a double track drive thru is not possible to leave when they realize how slow the service is. they have 1 car per 5 minutes in my lane. nearly 40 minutes waiting time. I saw someone went to the house and closed an evening meal before I could even get my food or even place the order. asked the guy and the window what was with the service, and he said nothing or reacted. Here's your food. I have to say it. I never come to this place again. I have submitted an online complaint, although cfa, but I doubt I will even receive an answer with service like this. never

Great huh, as you want. nuggets, patties, finger, tacos or pizza! get it as long as it is hot! always busy but they are fast, gott bless Chick-fil-A!

They can never go wrong with a chicken **** a! place was clean and welcoming. the service was top notch and everyone was nice and friendly. that makes it a great place to go and eating is always great.

Don't let the long lines fool you. this crew has a great task to crank people through the drive-thru. very friendly, very fast and delicious huh!

Food was good. Service needs improvement.They are really pushing their app to order pay. I don't like this method but did so because they were very busy.When I got to the window about a 10 min wait, they wanted to charge me a second time. Big miscommunication lack of clear explanation resulted in my card being charged a 2nd time.So not only did I have to wait in the fast food drive thru line for 15 min, NOT fast, I was charged $16 for a $8 order.I won't be returning. Go to Popeyes save yourself the trouble.
