The staff seemed rushed to close up, and although they mentioned they weren't officially closed yet, there was no service available. Their attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
They closed an hour and ten minutes earlier than what was listed on Google.
Please free the guy who works overnight! rude, unfriendly and stationary
Be careful. Pretty sure they overcharged me for a 6 sandwich. Was over $7 which is more than I pay for the same sandwich at every other Subway. They didn't offer a receipt. I should have asked for one.
I asked to upgrade my meal, and the staff member automatically chose to make it a large without checking with me first. She saw me grab a smaller drink but didn’t say anything about it. When I returned to speak with Andrew, the assistant manager, to point out the mistake, he refused to give me the correct size cup, arguing that I would have two sodas if he did. I decided to set my drink down on the counter and take the right size cup for myself. This was their error, and a drink is a small expense for them compared to the inconvenience I experienced while my kids finished their meals before I did. This experience has definitely made me decide to go to the other Subway on Portland from now on. The customer service was terrible! At least the sandwiches were made correctly this time, but I wish they had cut them in half.
