Mcdonald's - Blue Island

Went to this McDonalds at around 3 AM. The female worker answered the drive through call and told me they were closed. I asked her when they would reopen again and she told me to check google because it wasn’t her job to tell me. Not very good customer service.

I don't eat the food from McDonald's anymore. I buy the coffee. It is very expensive.

Worst experience in all my mclife. The young brother at the register was appropriately dressed and trained properly. The evening staff aside from homie with the face tats was horrible. No good customer service whatsoever. Food was nasty, attitudes were worst. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply, approach, appointment and/or not associate with this particular established location. Kedzie location is better.

Ordered double big Mac got a regular one and no time to go back.

Order a steak bagel extra onions sauce, but dry and salty and greasy as hell returned it. Place has went down. Manger a teenager. Wow!!!!
