Tuscany's Italian - Blue Springs

Ohh my goodness!!! If you haven’t eaten here, you must try it if you like Italian food. The food was good, the waitresses was kind and attentive, and the environment was super clean… and best of all, my mother had ordered a veal meal that was too spicy for her and they let her change it out without hesitation.

The Owner/Chef is very friendly and involved with every part of the restaurant. The food is outstanding, as is the service.

After searching reviews on the Kc food Facebook page, it was recommended to come to this amazing restaurant! I am glad I took the opportunity to visit this fine establishment! I had the Trio which consists of ravioli, lasagna and cheese manicotti. I also had a side Caesar salad and side of Italian sausage. This entire meal was full of wonderful flavor, the food was fresh! Our family visited for the first time last night and was surprised in a good way! Amazing food!! Very fresh salad! Haven’t had a salad that fresh and delicious in a long time. Friendly staff and very clean! We will be back
