Excellent customer service skills and the food is always good

Everytime I come to the Blytheville Arkansas location I have to pull up and wait regardless if someone is behind me or not. This location has been terrible the last year. The food is hit or miss, sometimes it's OK, other's I've thrown it out the window nasty. I've stopped here for the last time. DESPERATELY need new management and workers. They just don't care, it's painfully obvious.

Doors locked?? Third time coming here and doors are locked. Nobody answering at the drive through either. 2 1/2 hours before they state they close

Cleanest fast food restaurant and bathroom I’ve been in for a while. I love their ice cream cones and whopper meal. They had tables decorated with their Burger King crowns. Modern design restaurant.

I ordered two sandwiches; Whopper(FOB) and Royal Crispy Spicy Chicken with with bacon. Whopper was made to order as ordered. The Royal Crispy Spicy Chicken was not what I received but the Royal Crispy Chicken with bacon; not as ordered. Yet, once I presented the issue one the shift managers addressed it and called it back it was corrected immediately.
