The View Restaurant Bar - Boalsburg

We waited 10 min to be greeted. 15 to even be addressed by a waitress when she said “sorry I didn’t know I had a table guess we are all ready to order?” 30 min FOR OUR DRINKS (soda and a coffee) all for it to be filled with coffee grounds. We didn’t wait 3 hours for food like other reviewers did, but the food was absolutely not worth the price or the wait. I’ve been in the service industry as well, and the restaurant I would estimate was half full with 4-5 waitresses and a hostess so I feel that the wait times were unacceptable. I wish I didn’t have morals or I would have dined and dash lol. We also left a tip, because you never know what is happening behind the scenes. Boy our waitress moved quick to get that. Would never go back.

Went there for dinner with four others. It took almost two hours to get out food. The manager said she would give us a 30% discount but only gave us 10% per meal. The food was good but not worth a two hour wait. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. My family and I booked reservations 5 months in advance for a nice graduation dinner. The reviews of this place were positive at the time but it is apparent that between the 5 months time things have changed within this establishment. We waited 3 hours to be served our food. By the time our food came the food lacked flavor and all our steaks came out burnt and inedible. We asked our waiter for bread as an appetizer as we were awaiting the 3 hours for our food and we were told bread is not an option. 40 minutes after being told that bread was not an option it was served to the other 3 tables this of course is not the end of the world but it didn’t help with the already terrible experience. Believe the negative reviews. Would never come back here and would’ve enjoyed going to a nasty Mcdonald’s chain rather than coming here

Went to the Easter buffet. we were seated in the bar no utensils or tablecloth on table. not enough waitstaff, food was mediocre. there weere 3 of us, bill was $200.00 for buffet and 5 drinks(2 wines and 3 irish coffees) way over priced. some food was prepared somewhere else. very disappointed Parking: no handicapped parking found Service: Dine in

This place is a mess. Service is horrible. Everything is very slow. None of the employees seem to know what is going on.
