Sushi House - Bocas del Toro

Sushi HOUSE is the only place where I do not ask to take or need to sit on the terrace well away from the smell of fritanga and as fat that has become so common of the suhis and the interiors of their premises. They have a large variety of rolls and dishes, all always very rich and with excellent quality ingredients, although it is not like to touch the sushi sky but it is good to say it, the attention is always very good and fast. While it is not super cheap like others, I think to go out and eat sushi and sit in a decent place and enjoy it is absolutely worth the cost.

Pedi to take, the place was empty (Friday 13:00), as to the attention were 100% friendly, fast delivery, the presentation is what is expected when you ask to take. However it wasn't the best sushi and temaki I've ever tried, I'd go back but eat at the local.Temaki Spicy: spicy had nothing.Tsurai Roll: they present it with something similar to caramelized onions on top of the roll but it is not actually included.

This Sushi chain does not fail in terms of taste and attention but does not stand out as an excellent sushi. If you want to eat and drink rich sushi and a value added this is the option but are not demanding.

VEGETARIAN OPTION Hidden under a building, at the end of a street, I found this sushi... Get the offer they had at lunchtime with 30% discount on all rolls, plus 2x1 after 7 ... While they did not have basil (the roll I asked for) they did not have problems that they could change for any other ingredient (the flexibility in other sushi is appreciated). The place is nice, they treated me well (just a little slow to attend) and prices are reasonable... I only found them a little small, compared to others I've eaten.

I didn't have much hope for belonging to a fast-food chain, but I was surprised. Great variety of suhis and ingredients, quite novel for the most classic cards of the typical places. Rich and fresh ingredients, good price especially using the discount of La Tercera or the 2x1 they offer from Monday to Wednesday. I pray that at night they usually stay without some ingredients, ask well. If you ask to stop for removal or delivery, they make it a very comfortable cardboard box.
