Fishetarian Fish Market - BODEGA BAY

We went here for some lunch and it was absolutely amazing. The clam chowder and crab sandwich were the best. James had the chowder in the bread bowl and fish and chips. Great food for sure and there were these tables right on the sand that was really cool. Will have to come back for sure.

The Clam Chowder was phenomenal…fish and chips, eh. Just a tad bland. The view is nice if you like the way Bays look—not too much of a water person, but it is pretty. I was the first person in line at about 10:45 on a Friday. By 11:30 the parking lot was about 75% full. I would definitely say to stop in and get the Clam Chowder. However, a canned Diet Coke is $3.50 (bring your own bottle of water or other libation as there is outside seating).

Really fast service, excellent menu, quality food and a smiling staff member Tuesday. The breeze was too cold to eat in their outdoor tables for us seniors today but on a warmer day I’m sure it would be great. Several beers to choose from , and a perfect Bay location. We’ll be back!

Was in the area and there was this nice area to stop and eat.I had a half dozen shucked raw oysters that were huge. The clam chowder tasted awesome but a little milky. All in all a nice place for a quick seafood lunch.

After checking into our villa, Charlie and I searched for a local restaurant that accommodated dogs. Fishetarian Fish Market showed up on the recommended restaurant searches. I ordered 6 oysters and Fish N’ chips, as well as a draft beer for dinner. The Fishetarian staff gave my dog Charlie a milk bone to enjoy. The oysters were super fresh and tasted great. They put the food items in to-go containers and a paper bag. They have outdoor seating reserved for guests who prefer sitting outside, especially those who want to dine with their furry pets. I can’t imagine a better place to eat seafood along Bodega Bay. If you want a great lunch or dinner and desire feeling totally relaxed, Fishetarian is the perfect place.
