Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bohemia

Eating is really good, but I'm not sure what happens tonight. the red salsa was spilled into my quesadillas, there was something heavy in them? the queso, which is quite amazing in the rule, was completely different, it was thick with the pieces of what seemed like mushrooms in it? disappointed

I've been to this Chipotle several times, and I'm consistently disappointed. The food is never fresh; the rice is often hard, and the meat tends to be dry. The portions are very small, and for $15, I expected a lot more. I definitely cannot recommend this place.

The restaurant was cold and my sister's order was messed up because they couldn't include guacamole in her burrito. To make matters worse, the guacamole just fell out of my bowl when I tried to eat it. I have long blonde hair, but I know that the hair I found in my food wasn't mine. I definitely won't be returning to this Chipotle, especially since there are more appealing options nearby.

I purchased two $25 gift cards, but when I tried to use one, it had no funds. I've called customer service multiple times and sent several emails, but they keep giving me vague responses. I expected better customer service from a large company like this! I've had it with Chipotle.
