Go to bakery for vegan options. cupcakes are very good and rich. available in bakery (for a drink down). chocolate with chocolate cream could be the best. limited supply also at boise whole foods. custom cakes are a little expensive, but it is worth it.

We stopped by for a beer on the new patio, and let me tell you, the bench has been waiting for this!! Excellent patio, great selection of beer and wine, yummy desserts

Stopped in on a whim for the first time today. Can I just say that your lemon huckleberry cupcake might be the best thing I’ve ever had?! The frosting is super yummy, but that lemon cake is amazing! I’ll definitely be back for a treat on the patio this summer!

We are moving to the Boise area from California so we are looking for gluten free places to eat at and to enjoy goodies. We stopped at Amaru on our last trip and purchased some gluten free and gluten free vegan cupcakes. I have to say, they were amazing. You could not tell they were gluten free and the vegan eggless. My daughter and I both do baking. I don't usually eat sweets and when I make something, I just taste it to makes sure it taste okay but I couldn't put the cupcake down. I ate the whole huge thing! This is the best gluten free cake I have ever tried. I had to switch to a gluten free diet 6 years ago and I highly recommend this place. It will definitely be one of our go-to stops whenever we are in Boise.
