The employees of this place are really bringing it down, you can tell they don’t care by the food they push out. Also the service is terrible
This was unexceptionable one of the workers was just super unprofessional. I had to sit in the driveway FOR 40 minutes. I was super unhappy with the customer service.
This Burger King location has a lot to offer the community. Not only do they serve hot food quickly, but they also have something that many places lack: a strong TEAM. Although many of the staff members don’t wear name tags—something I’ve previously criticized in my reviews—I find myself feeling more forgiving this time, largely thanks to Jon, the assistant manager on duty. He has a fantastic attitude and was eager to share information about their education program. When the store manager, Melanie, arrived, she echoed his sentiments about its importance. Without a doubt, this is the cleanest Burger King I have ever visited, which is why I confidently say it is truly commercial-ready. Great job, team! You’re doing an amazing job!
I am incredibly disappointed with this restaurant. When I visited, all the staff were sitting at tables instead of attending to customers. One employee, who was in a bad mood, seemed upset that we had arrived. After we placed our order, she served two other customers before deciding to close everything down. They then kicked out four additional customers who were also waiting. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I inquired about jalapeños, I received no helpful response. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
