Dutch Bros Coffee - Boise

Our coffees were fine but the service at the State St., Eagle location was terrible. We were made to wait while the employees all had to chat with some person in a pickup. I've never had that bad of service at any other Dutch Bros.

Both times I have been in the drive thru recently I have sat and waited 5-10mins while the people at the window have talked to the car at the window. usually not a big deal kind of used to it but these last two times i?ve watched then hand them their drink(s) then continue to talk for 5 mins then the car at the window finally drives away. It?s really frustrating because I usually tip I go to dutch bros 4-5 times a week i?ve been really disappointed lately. I usually am super understanding when it?s busy in the mornings afternoons but when it?s after 8pm im trying to hurry get my coffee before my graveyard and there is only one car in the whole line, it?s very inconsiderate of the patrons waiting.

This Dutch restaurant is typically bustling, but occasionally the barista spends more time chatting than making drinks. It appears they have hired some new employees recently, leading to longer wait times. During my most recent visit, I waited nearly 15 minutes with roughly 7 cars ahead of me. Unfortunately, when my drink was finally delivered, it did not taste quite right.

How can you not love Dutch Bros.?!?!? The atmosphere is awesome and positive!!! Sometimes I go for the atmosphere because just like their coffee it it a huge pick me up!!! Service is always top notch in my opinion. And their coffee is the BEST!!! I LOVE DUTCH BROS.!!!
