Edge Brewing Pub On 10th - Boise

I had high hopes.. I love Edge brewery by the mall. The menu sounded amazing, but I got the french dip . The meat was overdone flavorless very lacking on the sandwich . I know they have potential.. great menu I love their sister store. Might try again.

Well I had high hopes for edge. It's been on my list for a long time so took the crew for lunch. We all got burgers and I got the dip. Everything was great, really good but I guess I just had higher expectation? I'm going to give it another go and report back. Definitely has a lot of potential and may have been a bit lack luster due to the timing of the early lunch. Good burgers and great fries. Coming back for another go but recommended by this foodie for a good lunch spot.

The peanut butter burger is amazing. Service was polite and quick. Good atmosphere. They are walking distance to other bars to keep the night going.

Poor service and over priced boring food. As an avid yelper this place is forgettable. What happened here: Ordered ceviche and pico. Never got it. How does waitress forget 1/3 of our order ? When we ordered we were the only table at lunch. Beer served to me in a chipped glass. Wine then served in a glass with fingerprints inside. Waitress didn't offer water or napkins (standard server etiquette) Waitress didn't offer another drink after I finished my wine. And to this point didn't even come to table to ask how the food was. Tapas were not good or worth the $18 price. Meat was not sliced against the grain so it was super tough in the salad. (Not being a j but it was honestly terrible) Salad was hardly full enough to be worth $16. Service during lunch time was extremely slow. Not being hard to be rude. But if there is an expectation to be a brewery and pub that serves food at least excel at one if not both of those things. Left hungry and feeling cheated. Chronically average at best.

Doesn't actually have entree meals here the website is a different location. Drinks were okay and food was mid. The only plus was whoever was playing the music at the time played some good stuff, respect.
