Fresh Healthy Cafe - Boise

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The prices are very reasonable given the generous portions. Many vegan and vegetarian places in Boise tend to be overpriced, so I was thrilled to see how far my $20 went. I tried the Blue Spirulina bowl and the Spicy Chicken Panini. The panini definitely lived up to its name, with a great spicy kick—I'd even love it if it were spicier! Plus, it was a substantial size for the price. I absolutely loved my smoothie bowl; it was not only delicious but also visually stunning. The execution was excellent. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy as well. I rate this place 10/10 and plan to become a regular! I can't wait to try every single one of their smoothies.

Fantastic healthy natural foods! During our visit to Boise to see family, my husband and I, who both have dietary restrictions (gluten-free and sodium sensitivity), initially cooked in our hotel. However, we were thrilled to find Fresh, where we enjoyed delicious protein bowls, egg sandwiches, fresh juices, gluten-free desserts, and bread. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I only wish we had discovered this place earlier in our trip!

I absolutely love this place! I've been here four times, and I’ve never encountered the same employee twice, yet everyone has been fantastic. The food, smoothies, and protein bowls are all delicious, and they really seem to enjoy making adjustments or explaining the ingredients to enhance your experience. Plus, they offer gluten-free Galaxy treats and have kombucha on tap!

Tried everything vegan on the menu and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and a quick turn around on food, this is a must stop for a feel good meal. Great atmosphere, try the cold brew smoothie!

Amazing food and great quality! We loved it and don’t feel that horrible full feeling when eating here. Craig was a great employee. Never fire him! He was courteous and picked a great sandwich to eat since my husband didn’t know what to eat and told Craig to pick something good. Thanks for a great late lunch stop along our around the country trip!
