Idaho Pizza Co - Boise

We usually do the $9.99 pizza and salad deal to go, which is great for a quick lunch. Today we got a new girl who didn 't fully understand specials or the store, which is completely understandable( she was also, very nice). We did get over charged on asandwich, but didn 't really care because we had a total of 3 pizzas, 3 salads and a sandwich so it was a lot. We realized whenwe got back to work that we didn 't recieve the sandwich... So we drove back over and over heard the manager and new employeediscussing the sandwich.. The employee said Where does this sandwich go? The manager said It was the 2 girls with the 3pizzas. The employee said oh they left. And the manager then said Oh, that 's on them. That 's quite frankly rude and Idon 't think it should be on the customers to check their to go orders. Definitely need some better management skills.

The pizza was good, but my experience was disappointing. I called in my order, but when I arrived, there was only one person at the counter. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in line to pick up my pizza because he had no help and had to assist other customers first. There wasn’t a designated pick-up line. Overall, it was frustrating.

We always enjoy our visits. The salad bar is excellent and constantly refreshed. Everyone gets exactly what they want. The grandkids love to mix the sodas.

If you're looking for the BEST PIZZA IN IDAHO, this is the place to go. The cascade garlic chicken is absolutely delicious! I've been dining here for 25 years and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work, Idaho Pizza!

Absolutely delicious pizza! Whenever I visit my boyfriend in Boise, coming from Los Angeles, I make sure to get this pizza every single time! It's incredibly tasty, and their ranch is simply amazing! Totally delicious! The staff is really nice as well—thank you so much!
