I visited this restaurant on Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. The food was decent, exactly what you would expect. The atmosphere was fantastic; I really loved the decor, the little robots, and the overall setting. However, the service was a real disappointment. I’m not usually one to complain, but I found two of the waitstaff to be extremely rude and unprofessional. One waiter told two of my guests to hurry up and order while they were literally in the middle of placing their orders. Another staff member carelessly tossed the plates onto our table. When a few of our dishes didn’t arrive, my mom was told that she should have ordered earlier along with everyone else. We also asked for oil for the grill, only to be advised to just scrape our food off instead. Throughout this experience, there were notably dismissive eye rolls from the staff. Overall, this really marred my birthday celebration, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We visit frequently, either with friends or family. The food is incredibly delicious, and the overall experience is a lot of fun.

My friend and I went here yesterday for all you can eat and didn’t have a good experience at all. The older woman with brown hair and bangs that served us was very rude to us from the start. We told her we wanted to do the all you can eat and she sighed very loud and acted annoyed with us the whole time. Later on during the meal, she came over to switch out the grill and as I was putting the meat on the new grill from the old grill, she grabs a tong and does it herself because I was struggling to take the meat off but then after she finishes getting it off she decides to throw the tong on our table which splattered tiny pieces of burnt food from the grill that was stuck on the tong then walks away without apologizing. My friend and I are both very quiet people and didn’t say anything but we could definitely tell that she didn’t like us at all, so we only did two small rounds of all you can eat then left because we didn’t feel welcomed. After we asked for our check, the lady brings it over and pressures my friend into giving her a tip. My friend is an extreme people pleaser so she left a pretty hefty tip because the lady was standing over her pointing at the tip section and watching her write everything. I will not be returning.

We enjoy Magnificent Garden when we celebrate with family. The option to indulge in the all you can eat or order specific items from the extensive menu allows all of us to find our favorites. If you love being the grill master or chef, you'll love cooking your meat options right at the table! Lastly, we are always fascinated by the robot servers that bring items to our table or sing happy birthday to our guest of honor. The atmosphere is great and the servers work to keep your plates and glasses full. If you are looking for great Korean flavor try Magnificent Garden!

This was our favorite place for a long time now. Just brought my wife here for her birthday and the waitress was super rude and short with us, even slammed a bowl of lettuce down in front of her face. Kept being short with us when we wanted to order. Then when we told the waitress it was my wife 's birthday she accused us of lying saying no you just had birthday . Funny thus is last time we came for a birthday was for my daughter 5 MONTHS AGO. Never returning to this place, shame really.
