White Dog Brewing - Boise

I only tried the pretzel with mustard and cheese sauce. Honestly, I consider myself a pretzel aficionado, and I found this one to be a bit too fluffy and chewy for my taste. The cheese sauce could have been cheesier too; it seemed to have more fillers—possibly cornstarch or flour—than I’m used to. Nevertheless, it was still a lot of fun! The people sitting next to me were thoroughly enjoying their meals, so I’ll definitely be returning.

We had a delightful dinner here. My husband ordered the Cuban Reuben, and I had the Cobb salad. The service was friendly and prompt. The food tasted very fresh and the portion sizes were generous. My husband really enjoyed his IPA, while I opted for the River beer, which I found a bit disappointing. It wasn't very cold, had a somewhat flat taste, and lacked flavor—it felt similar to a lukewarm Budweiser. However, everything else was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed.

I always enjoy visiting local craft breweries when I'm traveling. I stopped here for a quick bite, a pint of beer, and to add another pint glass to my collection. I really appreciated the frost rail at the bar (we sat at the bar). We ordered the Philly and the pulled pork, and both were fantastic. The fries were exceptional as well. I would definitely come back. They have a wide variety of beers to choose from—a great selection!
