Dunkin' - Bolingbrook

The two men working were absolutely rude to me. Then made my drink completely wrong. I had to just walk away as all I had asked for was a French vanilla iced coffee black. The drink I got was full of sugar and cream. Not sure how there was a misconceptionbut I?m never going back there again.

Messed up my order so many times, at first I was like accidents happen, but this has been too many times now.

Just over $15 for a dozen donuts. Donuts weren't of the best quality. The Chocolate glazed frosting tasted burnt, for example. No idea how that could be. The person filling the box didn't use tongs but a sheet of wax paper to grab the donuts. Ok, but she squeezed/ grabbed them with such force that each of the donuts had a divot in them.

They are so creative with donuts especially with holidays makes me want to buy donuts every time I go there , crew is so friendly and kind!

I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich even though there was no one else there. The staff seemed more focused on chatting than serving customers.
