Mcdonald's - Bolingbrook

This mcdonald’s is okay I just don’t like the fact that they are classified as fast eating if I never get my food in a quick wise way and they never follow directions. I asked for fresh pommes and nuggets and got cold food. I did not get salt on pommes and salty frits.

Extremely clean. but I still find it hard to believe that mcdonald’s had the kiosks in all the years, they still can’t make it easy to use. I'm in it as a profession, spent almost 10 years in ux design and that's the worst thing I've ever seen.

His 4:28 clock, and I usually go to this time regularly as I work at 4:30 in the morning. I arrive at 4:18 with a mobile application in the restaurant. they tell me rude, I'm supposed to wait. they had not let me wait with absolutely no communication. as someone working in the food industry, I understand. but they were very rude for me and was wasting my time.

I'm really tired of going to this place. I asked for (3) double hamburgers plain w/ nothing on them. the drive thru person has actually entered the order correctly, but I guess the people who make the orders do not know how to read. very frustrating, but I'll never be back to this place. only positiw was the big koks amazing.

Ordered thru door dash and when we got the order the receipt was correct but nothing in the bag was correct, spent so much money to not get my order and waste mine and the delivery man's time going back to get the correct order. When I tried to call the store to inform them what happened the phone service was not working either like the phone was off the hook
