Staff friendly but facilities filthy like most OTRs

Disgusting coffee from your so called baristasOTR really need to train there staffCold and all froth

I'm here twice. it's disgusting dirty. everywhere dirty. including toilets. Actually, I have to start again. clean and have quality control.

Great stop, a lot of choice, 8.30 clock and toilets had a line up. wanted to buy a straw hat, but no price on it so that it was there as they were busy.

16/10/22 the toilets were putrid the staff were lazy and unenthusiastic. The Balfour's custard tart was half thawed out so definitely not fresh bakery.

Toilets are disgusting. $27.00 worth of food, threw it out. 15 minutes of waiting for a coffee order, ask a staff member but got ignored took another 5 minutes....
