Bellissimo. Penso che quella sia stata la migliore lasagna che abbia mai mangiato, con i suoi strati sottilissimi di pasta al spinaci, ragù e besciamella. Abbiamo anche provato le orchidee con salsiccia di agnello.

Ristorante con cucina straordinaria. Ti offrono un bicchiere di vino e uno stuzzichino all'arrivo, ma il cibo è assolutamente eccellente. I tortellini in brodo erano i migliori che abbia mai mangiato!

This has to be the best roast beef ever. The beef is tender and thinly sliced which gives it a great texture. The crunchiness of e vegetables on top is such a good highlight of the dish. It is just simple, clean, fresh and savory and perfect. A solid proof of top quality beef. I wonder what it will taste like with thin flaky salt. I think it might be a better combination and it will be less salty than the corse salt. Seasonal dessert mascaphone with strawberry and dark chocolate blow my mind away. The Chef is so skilled at accentuating the true flavor of the food itself and make a masterpiece out of simple ingredients.
