There are countless activities on the grounds that kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. We had children ranging from 2 to 15 years old, and everyone had a wonderful time. This year, the addition of the heated outdoor pool and igloos was especially enjoyable. We eagerly look forward to our annual visit to The Sagamore, and we hope to maintain this tradition for many years to come. While I haven't yet had the pleasure of visiting other Opal properties, I will definitely consider them for future holidays, as this resort never fails to impress.

This is our 10. Let's go to the Sagamore Hotel for a weekend getaway. This place will only be better every year. From the impeccable service and the attention of staff to the beautiful elegance of this historic hotel, it offers everything you want. Not only is there an amazing full-service spa and gym, both an indoor and outdoor heated pool with heated Igloos. It also offers a complete recreation center for the children equipped with an indoor baseball, basketball, mini golf and climbing wall that offers hours entertainment. The complex also offers a beautiful full-service bar overlooking the lake and offers beautiful landscape for all. There is a restaurant (open all year) with a large menu of Italian inspired dishes. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast, the excellent pancake, waffle and Omelet station, seasonal fruits, delicious pastries, bacon, sausage, eggs Benedict to name some. You will not be disappointed! Book your trip today!

Everyone with toddlers knows to travel with them is never easy or relaxing. The Sagamore employees made our weekend with our 2 years old feeling like a dream. We actually felt relaxed (and the NIE happens when we travel with children). We go every year and the service is always great, but this year they went beyond and beyond by adding some extra touches. The Rek room, which was amazing to begin, had additional activities (such as a bear and film nights) for the little ones. They also opened a heated pool outside. I can't begin to describe how magical it was beautiful and warm in a pool with snow around us while looking at the beautiful lake. This was an unexpected surprise that really increases our experience. Our room had some extra upgrades as well as new and improved mattresses and even larger TVs. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, which I look forward to all year round. It's not to be missed. And dinner is always a great option. If you want to try a bit, the Sagamore even offers a shuttle to take you and pick you up from Fredericks. Amenities aside, I can tell you it is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that really the Sagamore about wherever we stayed (and we traveled to many different places). Thanks to the beautiful Sagamore and the wonderful staff to make this really a magical experience for our family. If you want a relaxing family holiday, don't look further, this place is perfect.

Every year we visit The Sagamore with friends. The accommodation is always incredible and everyone is entertaining- adults and children from 2 to 17 years old. The accommodation is stunning, the staff and the service are impeccable. The children love the pools (outdoor and outdoor) and the REC room offers hours of entertainment. The restaurant and the bar are excellent. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had. We can't wait to go back next year!

The Sagamore never disappoints. We always have the best time and it’s priced appropriately for what you get. We went for winter break and brought our two young children. The rec center was perfect and our six year old loved the inside mini golf course, the rock climbing wall, the baseball field… the crafting room. We all enjoyed the pools. Room was perfect as always. Nothing out of place. We called for a high chair and it was brought immediately. The valet brought all my luggage to the lodge suite we were in, put my stroller in the back of my car, parked it for me and brought my keys down to me. Mr. browns pub was a crowd pleaser three nights in a row and the servers were great with our kids. Food was delicious. We truly enjoyed it. Can’t wait to go back! See you this summer.
