Bakers Dozen, Hungry Horse - Bootle

On Valentine's Day afternoon, I anticipated a bit of chaos, but the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I've dined at other Hungry Horse pubs and ordered similar meals, but this experience was much better! It was great value for money. It was my first visit in a long time, and I will definitely be back soon!

The atmosphere is tranquil, not deserted, making it easy to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The service is attentive, and the staff is friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend the burger's crown unless you're ready for a hearty challenge!

This green pub/restaurant located in the island retail park is by far the most opulent establishment I have visited. The entire venue sparkled, showcasing an effective cleaning regimen. I ordered the vegan fish and chips, which arrived promptly and was just enough to satisfy my appetite. Although the exterior is a bit grim, being situated in a commercial park, the interior more than makes up for it. They've created a Victorian carnival atmosphere with rich red and calming green decor. The balance is executed beautifully, resulting in a very tasteful ambiance.

A few negatives: the coffee machine did not work, the venue was cold. with portable blows around the venue. total good would be back
