Very sad that you wrote in Internet it’s open and when we arrived, it isn’t : (Not good service and bad advertising!
We discovered this place about 2 years ago and have gone monthly ever since. We've been there at least 20 times because the food quality was so darn good.We went there yesterday and noticed the menu had changed and when I asked why, I was told new owners took over a month prior. I wasn't a fan of the new menu, but we still decided to order food and enjoy. When the food came, it was actually kinda funny how horrible it was. Let me be clear, it wasn't prepared incorrectly at all. The food quality is absolutely terrible. All of it. Literally everything was garbage. The new owners came in, obviously decided they are going to go cheap on the food quality to make more profits. I guarantee you this will backfire. You probably succeeded today by making more profit of me and my family, but you lost us as customers going forward. We will not be going back unfortunately. My prediction is this place is out of business in 2 years. The charcuterie board is the worst charcuterie board I've ever had in my life. Cheap cheeses, gross crackers and terrible meats, while the old owners had a fantastic array of quality meats and cheeses.I could go on and on, but I'll leave it there. It's just sad the new owners clearly know nothing about quality foods and have such a shortsighted approach to running a business.
This place is one of the best experiences I've had while drinking a porter.. an Undead Porter! Whoever is brewing this beer knows exactly what they are doing. Yvonne and Curt are an inspiration (being almost 50 years married) and the place is really comfy! This is a great idea if you are experiencing the magic of Oregon. Also the beer is made with the cleanest water in the world. Ask about it when you go!
Nice place to grab some wine or beer or cider. We spent some time outside under the gazebo and during twilight enjoying a fire.
