According to this management, it is suitable to operate a small sandwich with a small falafel with a maximum of two to three customers per day. شب گذشته بهمراه فامیل جهت صرف شام به این فست فود مراجعه کردیم. متاسفانه علیرغم فضای مناسب رستوران، شاهد ضعف شدید مدیریتی در این رستوران بودیم. برخی از غذا ها نظیر پیتزا رست بیف و مرغ سوخاری موجود نبود! سیب زمینی سرخ کرده تحویلی سرد و بسیار بی کیفیت بود. امکان انتخاب نوع نوشابه نبود و فقط پپسی قوطی موجود بود. وقتی درخواست چاقو کوچک شد متاسفانه کارد بزرگ آشپزخانه ای تحویل شد! مشکلات به مسئول رستوران منعکس شد ولی شاهد کمترین عکس العملی از ایشان نبودیم و دلیل را شلوغی عنوان کردن. به نظر این مدیریت مناسب اداره کردن یک ساندویچی کوچک و با یک فلافلی کوچک با حداکثر دو الی سه مشتری در روز می باشد.
