I will also be contacting corporate. As a Starbucks shareholder, how I was treated and how she treated other customers is unacceptable.
This Starbucks has a strict no dog policy. They won't even let you wait for your drink with your dog during the winter. Dog owners should avoid. The Starbucks by the nearby Fred Meyer is extremely friendly to dogs. Go there if you're in the neighborhood.
I have been getting same drink for over 6 yrs now and know exactly how it tastes and how it’s made.Every time I step into Starbucks the people working are well behaved and talk good to customers.The experience I went through today was the worst. First the lady who took order didn’t even care to talk politely and she made my drink which didn’t even taste good, asked her to make it again and she did the same! Left the drink on the counter and asked her to keep it !What a waste of money and time ! Will never go to this store again or recommend it to anyone!
Drink order messed up twice in different ways. Re-do didn’t have a sticker or writing on the cup, so I didn’t know it was messed up again until I was on the road. Disappointing.
Last few drinks I've bought here were equivalent to gas station coffee ? Carmel Macchiato tasted like warmed water, warmed milk or just old tasting coffee. Won't be going back.
