Called here at 11/06/22 at 11:20 to check whether they are open after the power failure. We went to 2 cafes before we called here to find them closed for power failure. I called her before we took the ride and picked up a girl. She asked her if they were open and she reacted in a descending to say Well I answer the phone so you can derive that we are open. Before I could say that other places were closed for power failure, they were hanging on me. Whoever you are will train better because this is your job. Thanks for saving me, the ride went to a starbucks with nice service. Will never visit your café, it will be my first time. If that's your tone on the phone, you can't imagine how you actually talk to your paying customers.
Stop giving those people your money. I'm counting six years now of a mad lady who works the passage that managed to get our order wrong every time. Seriously, what have we done to make this lady so upset? Ask for additional napkins? I am not a demanding person, and their coffee and food is too expensive to treat their customers so badly.
The cookies and patricians are nice, but I went twice when I visited my daughter and the Vanille Latte was not enjoyable both times. The second time I had my 8-Yo granddaughter with me and they were really rude about what drinks were available for children. They made a 'raspberry' frappuccino, that was unimaginable, but expensive. The location and caffeine itself is beautiful as the free Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately the photos fooled me. Met my friend here and there wasn't comfortable seating. Coffee tasted burnt and were not options for my friends dietary limitations. Beautiful outside area feels very New Orleans'y
