Elliot Bay Pizza Co - Bothell

This is my first time at Elliott, and I have to say, I'm impressed! The food was fantastic. We loved the sandwiches and the pizza. For dessert, we had the lava cake and blueberry cheesecake, both of which were delicious—the wait for the whipped cream was definitely worth it! The beer was cold and refreshing. I will definitely be back for more. Just be patient; the food is absolutely worth the wait!

The food was fantastic, and the staff were very attentive. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the beers, allowing us to try a sample before making a purchase. The pizza was among the best I've ever had, and my husband claimed his pasta was excellent as well. He finished it before I even had a chance to taste it!
