Big Daddy Bagels - Boulder

I'm from NJ and this place has my stamp of approval. Tried the Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with Veggie cream cheese and was super impressed. Five stars! (Management also seemed super)

Bagel was tasteless and rough. Could barely be considered an everything bagel. The egg was overcooked, the avocado wasn't ripe, I received a hot drink instead of an iced one. Overall, not impressed. Rosenbergs is far better.

These are some of the better bagels in the Boulder area, though that is not to say they are spectacularly great compared to bagels in other towns/cities. We have been ordering online from them for several years. What has happened regularly is that they miss (short) part of the order. When I order a bakers dozen that should mean 13 bagels. More often than not, I get 11 or 12 bagels. If this happened every once in a while I would say nothing. But the fact that it happens so regularly is either by design from management or the employees can't do the necessary math. Either way it is disappointing to always feel like you are getting ripped off. Management please don't offer a bakers dozen if your intent is to give me a dozen or less. And yes, I do recommend you count your bagels before leaving the shop.
