Mandala Infusion - Boulder

Though this place looks unassuming from the outside, the food tastes like it comes from a 4-star kitchen.

So I'm torn because the food was pretty good and the people were so nice, but the service just took too long.

So torn here between a 3 and a 4 * - so 3.5, rounding to 4 because they were very nice.

After reading online reviews, we decided to have a last minute business lunch at this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. From the provolone and shrimp appetizers to the tasty fillet and bread spread for the rolls, everything we tried was delicious. The owner, who was behind the bar, was very accommodating. I will definitely return on my next trip to the area.

The steak was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Service was a little slow but was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a pleasure
