Santo - Boulder

I kept my rehearsal in santo and it was great! They were incredible hostess and the waiting staff always checked us and were so nice! we decided for the group dinner option and I was very impressed! there was no lack of food and everyone loved it! also the small child in the group enjoyed her eating! my whole wedding party always talked about eating all our way. 100% would go back if we were back in boulder!

I had some years in albuquerque, nm and I had some of the best new Mexican foods. everything we had tried in santo was excellent and innovativ. from all other Mexican and new Mexican restaurants I had tried in this part of colorado, this is by far the best.

This is a very pleasant neighborhood establishment, especially when the evening is warm and there are seating on the terrace. the happy hour margaritas are a great worth 3 to 5pm. the complete menu has many tempting elements and there are changing daily special offers to keep the dinge interesting. it is located in the ideal market group of shops so that parking is easy.

What a special tasty bite! very friendly staff, indoor/outdoor kitchen. the menu is mainly southwest Mexican. I had chicken enchiladas and they were absolutely delicious! thanks santo!

We went there tonight with a reservation for ten, but a group of only nine--and unbeknownst to me, one of our group had an allergy that precluded him sitting inside. So, the host graciously sat him and another from our party outside, while the rest of us were indoors at our pre-ordained table. They even provided us an electrical outlet to charge some OneWheels while we ate. I had called ahead earlier in the day to make sure that they would be able to accommodate us and they definitely went above and beyond to do so.Food and service was great. Traditional New Mexican fare, with a gourmet twist. I had the carne adovada tacos, and sampled my friend's chicken enchiladas. Both were very enjoyable--flavorful and not the mouth full of fire I was expecting/dreading.Katy, our server, was attentive and offered to split our check nine ways. Wow. I'll definitely go back.
