I love this place! I'm there ever week for lunch. The specials are amazing and well, everything else there! They always come up with the most unique salad combinations I would never think of trying but I've never had a bad one and they are always so tasty! Desserts are perfectly flavored and not too sugary. On top of all of this they are a responsible business that uses local ingredients, real flatware and plates and compostable to-go items. One of my favorite Boulder lunch spots!

Shamane's Bake Shoppe is amazing! My favorites are the flaky croissants as good as the ones in a Parisian bakery. If you haven't tried Shamane's you're missing out! They also make other delicious pastries, gourmet salads and sandwiches if you're not a croissant person.

I'm pretty confident in saying that the cake I got from Shamane's for my bday this year was the best cake I've ever had in my life. My mom said the person that helped her on the phone (probably Shamane) was very nice and helpful. She asked what kind of cake/flavors I like and was able to freestyle a custom cake in a very short turnaround time. Next time I need a cake I will most definitely be going to Shamane. Thank you!!!
