The portion sizes have been small, even when I asked for extra. The wait times have also been long, even when there are only a few cars ahead of me. It seems like the quality of food and service has gone downhill compared to what it used to be. The lines seem to last forever now, and sometimes they are closed when I try to visit. It seems like whoever is running this location doesn't know how to properly manage a restaurant. They should consider hiring more employees to improve the quality of service. The manager should also make sure that all locations maintain a certain standard of quality. Additionally, the manager should ensure that employees are treating customers with respect. It seems like the current manager might not have the proper experience or qualifications to be running this Taco Bell. Even a high school dropout could potentially do a better job managing this location.
After reading several reviews, I must say I am not pleased. I am a regular at this Taco Bell and the staff have always been kind and welcoming to me and my friends. The one time my order was incorrect, a red-haired employee fixed it without hesitation. The only reason for any impatience is due to the lack of staff members. Overall, I believe they are wonderful and I thoroughly enjoy dining there. Don't let negative reviews discourage you from experiencing their great service.
While on my lunch break. I waited in line with cars ahead of me for minutes to get to the intercom. Instantly got hit with Whatever you're saying I'm not listening to you from the drive through intercom. Following this, I tried explaining how I had made an online order Pre-purchased my meal. This was followed with We're short staffed, I don't care what you're saying. WAIT So annoyed I drove up to the window. in which a middle aged brown haired woman instantly told me the wrong order price, so I tried explain how I did an online order. This without hesitation triggered her to tell me to go back around wait in line again, Me (Being on my Lunch-Break) said I'm not waiting in that line again. I explained I could show her my payment my order. She wasn't having it and closed the window on me. So I decided I'd wait for her to open it again so I could again explain I've already paid they should have my order, because I wasn't going back into that minute line again. When she opened the window she said Move or I'm calling the cops I said go ahead call them She proceeded to call the police on me, in which they came. I explained my situation to the police officers, in which they went in spoke with the workers. After a few minutes the officer came out with a bag of food which was My order which was not even close to my order. Furthermore upon inspecting the food, They drenched it with sauce. Couldn't tell but possibly looked like spit in there as well. Either way the food was ruined. This was downright the worst experience i've ever had with fast food. This Incident occurred at on The staff working this day shouldn't be in customer service industry.
Do not order from this location. Line is always long, employees and management are super rude. I’m not sure why all the employees have an attitude. It’s almost like they decided to work here. Most of all. Never get door dash from here. It’s such a inconvenience. Go to the Taco Bell on They are open inside and are actually nice. Crazy how that works. They should truly shut this one down.
Closes at every night??Ridiculous... but whatever. So turn off your Drive Thru Lights or put up a sign saying your closed. Easy enough. How many people do I have to watch pull up into your Drive Thru assuming your open? Dozens and dozens. Seriously... what's wrong with your management?Absurd. Pretty typical for Taco Bell's though. Corporate leadership must be pretty pathetic.
